THE ongoing investigations of the $462million invested in Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) has taken a new turn following a letter from the Federal Ministry of Justice declaring the establishment of the corporation illegal.But the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has insisted that due process was followed.
