African Union; Crackdown in Tibet; Lessons learned?

Thousands who fled the conflict in Darfur for safe refuge in Chad are crossing the borders into Cameroon, Nigeria and even back into Sudan to escape unstable conditions in N'Djamena, the capital of Chad, after an attempted overthrow of the government last month. These developments have put the spotlight on the African Union's inability to protect civilians and quell violence as it erupts.
