The Upper East Regional Police Commander, DCOP Ofosu Mensah-Gyeabuor says until the people of Bawku decide to respect the law and cooperate with the security agencies, not even the presence of the President can solve the crisis in the municipality. He was reacting to the recent inter-ethnic flare-up in the municipality.
