Kenya sets $3bn Safaricom IPO price

Kenya is to offer 25 percent of mobile phone operator Safaricom at 5 shillings per share, valuing it at about $3,06-billion, in a key test of investor confidence in east Africa's biggest economy after a damaging post-election crisis.
