If the Police Reform Commission had organised a forum to harvest ideas for its work, it, probably, could not have had it better than what happened in Lagos yesterday. The occasion that turned out to be a lively and illuminating debate on how to make the police deliver their services efficiently to the nation was the inaugural of the lecture series in honour of the memory of Alhaji Kafaru Oluwole Tinubu who passed on five years ago.
